Major improvements:
- Check for existing hyperwalker Firefox profile
  - Only create profile if one doesn't exist
- Check and wait for marionette service to become available before
  attempting to connect.

Wait for firefox to warm up before trying to connect via marionette.

Also contains minor cleanups and comments.

HyperWalker is now able to "surf the web". When a link is clicked on a
page, another snapshot is created and then loaded in a new webview.

The page title is now added to the saved snapshot file.

Quite a few more fixes, refactors, and improvements. However, it's a bit
more messy than before in certain places, and the comment ration has
decreased. Will make headway here in upcoming commits.

Using github.com/rakyll/statik for creating a binary which has the JS
files embedded.

This commit also changes the Firefox exec command to use the
private-browsing argument, as well as makes the HTTP server use port
61628.
