Revert "migration all images from cacheDirectory to imagesDirectory, to avoid automaic clear of cache"

This reverts commit 88e807c5.

Application extensions and any libraries they link to must be built with the  build setting set to YES

- Fix "no more call" detection to dismiss call views within call call back itself.

- Displays participants when joining a conference call as a guest

This is required for ICE to operate correctly.
